Was initially attracted to the knife display in a kitchen store by the colorful array of these paring knives... then couldn't decide which color... After purchasing and using one for a couple of days, I returned to purchase half-a-dozen more of them; will keep a couple of them and give the rest as gifts this holiday season.
The knives are super sharp, and are covered with a non-stock surface and nothing seems to stick to them; as you slice, the sliced items just simply fall away. Easy to clean, also comes with a protective sheath, which protects both the blade and your fingers! |

These knives are great! They'll even slice right through very ripe tomatoes without squashing them. Slicing potatoes is really easy as the knife doesn't stick to the potato.
They'd make great stocking stuffers. |

Kuhn Rikon Colori Nonstick Paring Knife Set of 3
These are the best knives I have ever used in the kitchen. I have purchased very expensive knives from home shows and high end department and kitchen stores but have never had a knife as good as these little $8.95 knives.
I bought one initially because I have a red accessorized kitchen and I wanted a red knife to match. So I bought it just because it was "cute". After using it I went back to the store and bought 11 more knives!! Now I have two of each color. Then I got worried that they would quit making them so I bought some spares for the future. Then my grown children used them at my house and wanted them so I bought more!! This is a truly great knife. Very sharp but with a safety sheath so you won't cut yourself while searching in the kitchen drawer.
I sent all my old boring black steak knives to the thrift store and now use these as steak knives too. If you are looking for a good kitchen knife you won't be sorry if you buy these!! |

This paring knife is the prettiest thing I have ever seen. Available in 6 attractive colors. The knife's non-stick surface coating is such a clever idea. Why they have not think of it before? The coating helps to make the blade glide with less effort. It seems that the blade is super sharp because of this. Perfect size for peeling fruits.
It comes with its own sheath that is very useful when you bring the knife with you. Kuhn Rikon is a Switzerland brand, the knife is made in China. At a very affordable price of 10$, this is my favorite knife that I bring at work |

| broke the set up and gave them to d-i-l's. Like that I can find it quick cause of the color. Holds it's edge and is covered for protection. |
